Join Our Team as Front of House Support!
Are you friendly, organized, and energized by fast-paced teamwork? We’re looking for reliable Front of House Support staff to help create seamless, memorable dining experiences. This role blends hosting and bussing duties, working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Warmly greet guests with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Manage reservations and seating charts to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Escort guests to their tables and anticipate special needs (highchairs, large groups, etc.)
  • Set, clear, and clean tables quickly and to restaurant standards
  • Keep menus and dining areas clean and presentable
  • Assist with food and beverage delivery and refill water as needed
  • Support coat check, phone inquiries, and reservation tasks when required
  • Monitor washroom cleanliness and attend to issues promptly
  • Communicate clearly with team members to maintain smooth service
  • Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards immediately
  • Take on additional tasks to support the team and enhance the guest experience
