The FOH Team Lead is in charge of assisting with the overall operations of the front of house to ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. The FOH Team Lead is vital in securing processes and procedures to instill efficiency in the front of house and maintaining high team morale with staff development and growth in mind. A FOH Team Lead is expected to be a role model with the ability to complete hands-on tasks to ensure a smooth service and resolve guest escalations.
