LINK Sausages and Beer is part of the Seven Hills Hospitality Group LLC and is a sister restaurant to Hawthorn Bistro and Bakery, Liberty Bar and Restaurant, Black Radish, and Bar 1903. At LINK we pride ourselves not only in our house made sausages and diverse rotating craft beer selection, but also in giving our patrons more than just service; we give them an experience to remember and a reason to come back! Team Leads are responsible for the main supervisory of other FOH servers and ensuring that our guests have an overall satisfactory experience. Other duties include money handling, greeting guests, taking orders, pouring beers, communicating the service process of LINK (i.e. seating, menu location, how to order, etc.), answering questions about the menu, food and beverage, taking payments, communicating about orders with the kitchen staff, taking food to the assigned table number, bagging to-go orders, troubleshooting issues that may arise on shift, and providing friendly customer service while upkeeping a clean and organized work environment.
