REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising a team within a hospitality setting.
  • Background in bartending or food service is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in food preparation or production is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Assist with bartending duties, including preparing beverages and managing the bar area.
  • Train and mentor new staff members in hospitality best practices and food preparation techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff and discuss operational improvements.
