We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Leader to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a positive and efficient working environment for our staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and a commitment to upholding food safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front of house team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work atmosphere.
• Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout all aspects of service.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
• Train new staff on operational procedures, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and effective communication between front of house and kitchen staff.
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
