We’re on the lookout for a passionate, accountable, and proactive FOH Team Leader to take the reins of our espresso bar and front-of-house operations at our roastery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who finds purpose in a busy espresso bar setting and is ready to take on a leadership role in a values-driven, high-performance team.

As FOH Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations—upholding quality, supporting and mentoring the team, setting the tone for great service, and ensuring each guest experience is warm, seamless, and memorable.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading daily operations across the espresso bar and floor to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Supporting the team in delivering polished, personable, and high-energy hospitality
• Upholding quality across every cup and every interaction, maintaining our standards for beverage and service excellence
• Handling cash-ups, stock control, and ordering, ensuring the bar is well-resourced and efficient
• Mentoring and training new team members
• Collaborating with the GM and Head Trainer to maintain high standards, strong culture, and service vibe

· Contributing to KPIs and espresso bar performance, with an eye on both guest experience and profitability
