- Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments
- Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety guidelines

• Take customers’ orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff

• Handle payments and operate the cash register
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
