Role Overview:
FOH Team Members deliver exceptional guest service, embodying Haute Dolci’s hospitality
standards while ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Reporting Lines:
Reports to: Assistant Manager or General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with table setups and clearings while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions to facilitate upselling.
  • Highlight seasonal promotions or new menu items to encourage upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand presentation standards throughout the dining

area.

  • Work on all sections, including the drinks bar, and must be fully cross-trained.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely service.
  • Encourage and push for positive customer reviews as part of individual and team KPIs.
  • Allergen Accountability

All team members are responsible for ensuring full compliance with allergen
management procedures, including maintaining accurate allergen information,
following proper handling practices, and communicating effectively to safeguard
customers. Active participation in allergen training and adherence to policies is

essential to ensure safety and accountability at all times.

  • Flexibility and Support

All team members are expected to remain adaptable and assist with any tasks
necessary to meet business needs. This includes stepping into roles or responsibilities
outside your regular duties when required, ensuring the smooth operation and success
of the business at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
  • Team player with strong communication skills. * Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic hygiene and food safety practices.
