JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic pub team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while enjoying their experience as well as working the bar in a fast paced drink led pub.

SKILLS

• Multitasking
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions and calculations.
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour

• Work behind the bar, pouring drinks and serving customers.
• Using till systems effectively.
• Work during events such as live music, live bands etc.
• Maintain garden area and run food to tables.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
