We are looking for friendly, energetic, and attentive Front of House to join our team and help us deliver unforgettable dining experiences with passion and professionalism.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. You’ll guide guests through the unique Rio dining style, ensure their needs are met promptly, and work as part of a fast-paced, highly coordinated team.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & SERVICE

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, knowledgeable introduction to Rio’s rodízio dining style.
• Take drink orders promptly and collaborate with bartenders and the bar team to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor guest tables, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless service throughout the meal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred but not required — training provided.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain high energy throughout service.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
