We are looking for someone wanting to take there first steps into a supervisory/key holding position, whilst also being able to fill in normal FOH shifts as well.
Expected hours around 25-30 - but more hours or less hours could be discussed at interview.
This role will suit someone curious about progressing within hospitality without the immediate pressure of a full on supervisor position and all the responsibility that comes with it allowing you time to learn in a more relaxed environment.
Shifts will be a mix of team member shifts and keyholder shifts (key holder shifts when you are comfortable doing so). Any keyholding/supervisor shifts are paid at an enhanced rate of £12.45 per hour regardless of age.
