FOH Trainers play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of hospitality, service, and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous Chick-fil-A experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and encourage others.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Training & Coaching:
  • Teach and reinforce proper procedures for order taking, meal assembly, delivery, and guest interaction.
  • Conduct skill-building sessions to ensure team members meet Chick-fil-A’s operational and service standards.
  • Provide real-time feedback and encouragement during shifts.
  • Guest Service Excellence:
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure all team members consistently uphold Chick-fil-A’s Recipe for Service.
  • Support a culture of hospitality, accuracy, and speed.
  • Operational Support:
  • Assist Shift Leaders and Directors with FOH operations as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness in all guest-facing areas.
  • Team Development:
  • Motivate team members to grow in skill, confidence, and ownership of their roles.
  • Reinforce Chick-fil-A’s core values and culture throughout each shift.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on team member progress and development opportunities.
