At Compack Cartons, we’re specialists in high-quality cartons and packaging, supplying to major UK and international brands. You’ll be setting up and operating Bobst / Jagenberg -folder/gluer machinery to produce multi-point glued cartons, working with HHS hot and cold glue extrusion systems to meet exacting customer quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with a supportive production team in a workplace known for high staff retention and strong teamwork.

• Set up, operate, and maintain folder/gluer machines for the production of high-quality cartons.
• Operate and maintain hot and cold glue extrusion and detection systems (HHS).
• Carry out quality control checks to customer specifications.
• Work collaboratively with packing and quality staff to achieve production targets.
• Maintain safe and efficient working practices at all times.
