Position Overview: Service Specialties Inc. (SSI) is seeking a proactive and results-driven Follow-Up Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Follow-Up Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in generating additional revenue for the company by following up on open estimates and leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, nurture relationships, and effectively close jobs within designated timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on open estimates and leads within 48 hours of initial contact.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss and finalize job details.
  • Build rapport with clients through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about SSI’s services, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless handover of leads and information.
  • Maintain organized records of follow-up activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to share insights, discuss strategies, and address challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
