JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services. You will assist in various areas, including catering, bartending, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience in a hospitality setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety protocols.
  • Assist in bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards.
