REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience at a high pace restaurant environment
  • Avaliable full time, flexible to do morning, day and evening shifts
  • Ability to provide guests with the up to date information and advice on food as well as beverage
  • Knowledge of food and table preparation techniques
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership and communicate effectively with team members
  • Good level of English and communication skills. (Other languages are always desirable!)

Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant, directing guests to tables and providing menus.
  • Booking any reservations and keeping reservations slots up to date
  • Arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of floor
  • Taking orders and delivering food to guests and assist them during their meal
  • Assisting Chefs by sourcing ingredients from the stock room or the kitchen
  • Keep the bar and drinks stocked with beverages at all times
  • Clearing down tables and chairs after the events as well as assist in closing the restaurant after a shift
