Job description;
The Riverside Hotel is a modern 3-star hotel in the heart of Sligo town. Perched on the edge of the picturesque Garavogue River, it is perfectly located for sightseeing this historic and cultural area, enjoying a little retail therapy, or exploring the town’s restaurants, bars and vibrant nightlife. We are an extremely busy, family-run Hotel looking for an experienced F&B Assistant to join our close-knit team.
Objective of the Role;
Reporting to the F&M Managers & Supervisors, the F&B Assistant will be required to work in our busy Bar & Function room area. You will need to be an experienced Waiter that also knows how to ‘Pull a Pint’.

Our Expectations;

• You must be over 18yrs old
• A minimum of 2 years F&B experience is required
• An eye for detail with a ‘Yes, I Can!’ attitude.
• A strong work ethic with excellent timekeeping.
• Available to work any of the 7 days in the week
• Remain calm in a pressurised environment
• Punctual and ready to work
• Follow company H&S procedures

Your Expectations;

• 33% Sunday Premium
• Double time on Bank/Public holidays
• Above minimum wage if fully experienced
• Accumulated holiday pay for hours worked
• Becoming part of a team with a clear goal
• Your lunch is provided every shift
• Closed for a few days over Xmas

You must be available to work over a 7-day rota ; Monday – Sunday.
The hours would be suitable for a College Student also.
*Full Time Hours available in Summer
