We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
  • Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Experience in food preparation or catering is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Bartending experience is a plus, with knowledge of drink recipes preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in accordance with established standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food service areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Provide attentive service to guests, taking orders and answering any questions regarding menu items.
  • Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing food and beverage items as required.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest requests or concerns.
  • Assist in bartending duties when necessary, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.
  • Help train new staff members on food safety practices and customer service protocols.
