EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with catering services is an advantage.
• Experience as a barista or in food preparation roles will be beneficial.
• A strong understanding of food safety practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for success in this role. • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Uphold food safety regulations throughout all aspects of food preparation and service.
• Bar experience is beneficial.
