SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests enjoy their dining experience by assisting with food preparation, service, and maintaining a clean environment. Your contributions will help uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications * Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an asset.
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team setting

• Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support the kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere.
