JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.

• Assist with catering services, including setting up and breaking down events.
• Provide excellent service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Support food preparation activities, including assembling dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively assist guests.
• Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout all food handling processes.
• Assist in barista duties, preparing coffee and other beverages as required.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
