Food & Beverage Assistant
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
To actively demonstrate excellence in customer care and service, whilst maintaining high levels of respect and a professional image at all times within the hotel.
To maintain high levels of personal presentation and cleanliness in accordance with the hotel uniform and personal appearance standards.
To ensure that all guests are welcomed into the outlets in a warm, genuine and professional manner and that where known, the guest is addressed by name.
To be fully conversant with all the items of food and beverage available, to be able to describe menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
To assist the guests in their selection of items and encourage additional sales. To answer any queries that may arise regarding the menu items.
To assist in the taking of food and beverage orders and to deliver them to the kitchen or to the bar area for preparation in a timely manner.
To prepare and pour drinks when ordered and to assist in the preparation of food items as required.
To anticipate and identify guest expectations, to ensure that their needs are met and where possible to exceed demand.

Our successful candidate will:

  • Have Customer Service Experience
  • Be fluent English
  • Spanish knowledge desirable

Th successful candidate must have a valid right to work in the UK.
