· Ensure that the experience being offered to the members is in keeping with IHG standards.
· Providing an exceptional service.
· Leading a team of waiters and porters.
· Delegating jobs & roles clearly and monitoring success.
· Having full knowledge of set and close-down procedures.
· Dealing with special requests or requirements.
· Ensuring that staffing levels always reflect the need of the department.
· Assisting F&B Managers in ensuring that all staff attend relevant food safety and allergen training.
