Hotel Collingwood is located in Bournemouth close the beach and the town centre. We are currently seeking Food and Beverage Assistants to join the team.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidates who have good knowledge to provide consistently high quality service.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• You must enjoy working with customers in an F&B environment, with an ability to work on your own initiative.
• Flexibility will be key to this role as evening and weekend work (on a rota basis, including bank holidays), plus cover for annual leave and sickness will be required.
• Full training will be provided

• Working Breakfast and/or Dinner you are able to promote a friendly, relaxing and professional environment, whilst ensuring all guests and receive an exceptional first impression and efficient service at the Hotel
• Your role will support the smooth running of the Restaurant area, serving and delivering our food & beverage offer.
• The food and beverage role is about working as part of the wider team to provide all guests with a high quality service.
• You will work in the restaurant and bar, good experience in these areas is an advantage.
