We're looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Working alongside our Food & Beverage and Kitchen leadership teams, you'll help lead the daily operation across our restaurants, bars, events and functions while inspiring your team to consistently deliver outstanding service.

About the Role

As Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will:

- Lead daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets.

- Inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences and exceptional service.

- Be a visible, hands-on leader during service, supporting your team where it matters most.

- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement.

- Recruit, train and supervise staff

- Ensure departmental training is maintained to the highest standards.

- Monitor labour, productivity and departmental costs while contributing to financial performance.
