Confident menu and service knowledge
Preparing for service - Mise en place
Cleanliness and presentation of your section
Setting tables with crockery, cutlery and glass wear
Liaison with the kitchen team and clear communication of special dietary requirements
Service of food and accompaniments
Clearing tables and resetting for next service
Requisitions and secure handling of stock
