JOB DESCRIPTION: EXPERIENCED FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSISTANT, MUST BE FULLY FLEXIBLE SHIFTS OVER 7 DAYS, MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OR OLDER

Purpose of job: To ensure that drinks served to all guests exceeds their expectations to the Mour standards.
· Provide excellent customer service
· Have a warm and friendly personality
· Ensure all drink is served and presented in accordance with company standards.
· To demonstrate extensive knowledge of our drink menus – allowing to advise customers on menu and food & beverage choices.
· Have good team work skills
· Daily maintenance, cleaning of the Bar & Grill, storage areas and all equipment, informing your Manager on duty of any problems; ensure that all of the Bar & Grill areas are well presented.
· Meet & Greet customers in a warm, welcoming manner; react to all customer requests positively.
· To be aware of food hygiene requirements and standards of cleanliness.
· To be aware of health & safety in your workplace.
· To comply with all licensing legislation
