We are now looking for experienced Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team on a casual basis for our Restaurant and Bar.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • A friendly, welcoming and customer focused approach.
  • High standard of presentation and etiquette.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good team working skills
  • Desire to progress and succeed
  • Experience of waitressing at 4* venues preferable
  • preferably applicants should drive or live within walking distance of the hotel

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests in line with the hotel vision and values.
  • To undertake to all food service duties, including meeting and greeting and attending to guest needs.
  • To build good rapport with guests and resolve any issues in a professional manner in line with company standards.
  • To be responsible for accurate and efficient processing of table orders and guest billing processes.
  • To serve food and drink in line with company standards (SOP) over breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
