We are looking for a reliable Food and Beverage Assistant to join our current team.

• To have great customer care skills and to to provide a warm welcome to all guests and to assist them in a polite and efficient manner.
• To serve breakfast and lunch to members and guests
• To serve food and drink to guests in line with the company standards and food hygiene regulations.
• To clean and set up the food service areas to ensure the dining and seating area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• To be aware of the content of all menu items.
• To be fully aware of business activities and promote wherever possible.
• To comply with all food hygiene regulations and allergens.
• Food handling experience required.
