Ruthin Castle is a beautiful retreat; steeped in history and nestled in acres of parkland beside the Clwydian Range in North Wales. The Castle offers four room styles across 54 bedrooms, 4 restaurant and bar dining options along with event suites, which hosts a large number of weddings.

As one of our Food and Beverage Assistant your main duties will be:

• Undertaking general waiting & service duties of food & beverages.
• To undertake other duties as required and outlined by the Restaurant Manager.
