Job Description MAIN Responsibilities: Guest Co-operate with your training so that you are confident and competent. Professionally serve Breakfast, Lunch, Tea/Coffee and Dinner. Setting tables and ensuring all dining, areas are ready for service. Deliver food and drink to Bo and Muc, 1887 Whisky and Beinn Bar. Assist with the preparation of drinks in the resort bars Knowledge of the wine list. Productivity Clear and re-lay tables Clear and clean glasses Restock and replenish bar and restaurant supplies Restock breakfast and afternoon tea shifts as necessary Assist with crockery and cutlery polishing and cleaning Note any breakages and record to the Supervisor or Assistant Manager Ensure five-star standard of cleanliness and hygiene are always met Sustainability Proactively supervise ESG on your shift in reducing energy consumption and wastage, and create ideas for embedding the policy within your team and your department.
