JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will assist in various aspects of food and beverage operations, including food preparation, catering services, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Experience in catering services would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques is beneficial.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a willingness to learn new skills in the food and beverage sector.

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, and storage areas.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages during service periods.
  • Assist in bartending duties as needed, including preparing drinks and maintaining bar cleanliness.
