We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Grand Hotel Gosforth Park. Set in 12 acres of parkland next to Newcastle Racecourse, the Grand Hotel Gosforth Park is just 10 minutes’ drive from Newcastle’s centre. It offers 232 luxurious, modern rooms and superb leisure facilities.

• Preparing the bar and restaurant areas ready for service.
• Be familiar with our menus enabling you to confidently upsell.
• Working across various areas in the hotel such as the restaurant, bar and events.
• Ensuring that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
• As well as serving food and drinks you will be involved in the clearing up and cleaning too, keeping all areas in top condition.
