We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in food and beverage operations, including bartending, catering, and food preparation.

SKILLS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Bartending skills or willingness to learn the art of mixology.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude towards helping others.
• Basic food preparation skills are an advantage.

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and responding to guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and kitchen spaces.
• Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery during busy periods.
• Assist with catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up after events as required.
