Description

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through menu options with enthusiasm and clarity
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled promptly
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while providing attentive service to all guests
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, providing correct change and receipts
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly

Responsibilities

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in handling beverages and food items
Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs effectively
Excellent time management abilities to balance multiple tables or bar orders during busy hours
Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between stations, and lift moderate loads as needed
A positive attitude with a passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences
