We are currently looking to hire a food and beverage assistant to join our existing Food & Beverage team. Various shift patterns available for the role

Key Responsibilities of this role are:

  • To follow agreed standards for service of Food & Beverage
  • To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
  • To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant
  • To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • To be flexible with hours.

The ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have 1 year experience in a high-volume establishment, however full training will be provided. They must be a team player and have the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication and time keeping skills. A good level of spoken English is required.
This role is suitable to a candidate interested in pursuing a career in our Food & Beverage department.
