The Hotel Folk are looking for Food & Beverage Assistants (waiting staff) to join our friendly team at The Brudenell Hotel, Aldeburgh.

WE ARE OPEN 7AM UNTIL 11PM 7 DAYS A WEEK AND THEREFORE HAVE FLEXIBLE HOURS AVAILABLE FOR BOTH PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME POSITIONS WHICH CAN BE MUTUALLY AGREED TO SUIT.

Upon application please confirm how many hours you are looking for per week so we can notify the management team.
As a Food & Beverage Assistant (waiting staff) you will provide a courteous, efficient and knowledgeable service to our guests and ensure that presentation and cleaning standards are achieved and maintained in our Restaurant and Bar areas. Previous waiter or waitress experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

KEY TASKS INCLUDE:

· Having a keen attention to ensuring customer satisfaction in our restaurant and outside dining areas
· Being knowledgeable in the content of each menu, to be able to correctly advise Guests on this.
· Able to take orders accurately in a friendly and confident manner
· Ensure that restaurant tables are laid out correctly
