PAY: UP TO £12.21 PER HOUR

The Hotel Folk are looking for bright, bubbly & enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our friendly team at The White Lion Hotel in Aldeburgh.
Our hotel has a wide variety of shifts on offer.
As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will provide courteous, efficient and knowledgeable service to our guests and ensure that presentation and cleaning standards are achieved and maintained in our Restaurant and Bar areas.
This role will involve serving alcohol and working behind a bar therefore you will need to be at least 18 years old.
At least 1 year of experience in the job role is required.

KEY TASKS:

• Having a keen attention to ensuring customer satisfaction in our restaurant and outside dining areas
• Being knowledgeable in the content of each menu
• Being able to take orders accurately in a friendly and confident manner
• Know how to serve drinks correctly i.e. the right glass, presentation, mixers
• Use the till accurately to record all transactions, ensure that all orders are paid for and accounted for
• Keep the bar and restaurant areas clean and tidy at all times
  The job holder may also, from time to time, be asked to undertake other tasks and responsibilities which are not listed in this job description but which are commensurate with the post.
