Podium at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is on the lookout for a dynamic Food and Beverage Assistant. As a Food and Beverage Assistant at Podium, you will: * Welcome and look after our guests with warmth and professionalism, taking orders accurately and serving food and drinks with confidence and personality. * Use your knowledge of our menus to make thoughtful recommendations, guiding guests through their dining experience and helping to create memorable moments. * Work seamlessly with the wider team to ensure smooth service, always attentive to guest needs, dietary requirements, and allergen information. * Evening and weekend availability is essential – these are our busiest and most exciting times! * Experience in food and beverage is important, ideally in a similar venue.
