Job Description We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant who thinks outside the box and wants the opportunity to make our Food & Beverage outlets the heart & soul of our Hotel. In this role you will: Be the ‘face’ of our restaurant, Osteria Roma Welcome both in-house and external guests Provide consistent and high-quality service Be an active promoter of Osteria Roma and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets Run breakfast, lunch and dinner service, including conferencing and events as required Bring flair and passion each and every day Be given the opportunity to have your say and bring new ideas to the team Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices Qualifications Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in QLD An entrepreneurial style and drive for café-restaurant operations Experienced and passionate about making a good cup of coffee, is desired Flexible availability to work during the week including weekends and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
