Job Description Looking for energetic and bold individuals who thrives on using your warm personality to create amazing moments for our guests as part of our Food and Beverage Team: What will you be doing: Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings. Guide guests through menu selections by providing detailed product knowledge. Drive revenue through expert menu knowledge and effective upselling techniques. Accurately take and process customer orders while ensuring efficiency and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas. Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications We are looking for service experts who are passionate about being part of Hospitality industry. What we are looking for: Skilled communicator with a keen eye for detail and can do attitude. Previous experience in a venue or hotel preferred.
