We’re seeking a passionate, guest-focused, part-time Food & Beverage Attendant to bring energy and excellence to our vibrant team. Job Description This role offers variety, with opportunities to work across Coco’s Kitchen + Bar, the Pool Bar, and banqueting events - from breakfast through to dinner and large-scale functions. With shifts available in both AM and PM periods, no two days are the same, making it a great opportunity to gain diverse experience in a premium hotel setting. What you’ll be doing: Providing warm, attentive service across restaurant, pool bar, and event settings Taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally Setting up, operating, and packing down dining and function spaces Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene Recommending menu items and upselling where appropriate Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service delivery Upholding brand standards and contributing to a welcoming team culture Qualifications We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about growth and development, and who are ready to make a meaningful contribution to our team.
