Job Description
We are currently seeking Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic team. This is a varied role that may include barista service, bartending, restaurant service, or conference and events support. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role (barista or bartender experience highly regarded)
  • Experience in conferencing and events is desirable.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • A team player with great energy and a genuine passion for customer servic
Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests across our restaurant, café, bar, and conference spaces
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including barista coffee and alcoholic drinks (if RSA certified)
  • Set up and service food and beverage operations for events and conferences
  • Ensure all areas are clean, well-presented, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards
  • Accurately handle POS transactions and follow billing procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and promotions
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues across departments
