Job Description Join the team at Elysium Noosa and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll provide friendly and professional service across our restaurant, bar, events, and conference spaces. From welcoming guests and taking orders to serving food and beverages, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable experiences while upholding the luxury service standards of Elysium and Accor. We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and provide exceptional service from arrival to departure. Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently recommend menu items and specials. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards are maintained. Operate the POS system and process orders accurately. Assist with restaurant bookings, guest enquiries, and telephone reservations. Support the delivery of conferences, functions, weddings, and special events. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented restaurant and bar environment. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements. Take ownership of your section and contribute to a seamless guest experience. Act as a proud ambassador for Elysium Noosa and Accor, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a guest-first mindset. Qualifications What We're Looking For A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service. A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous food and beverage experience is desirable but not essential. Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
