About the position: The role of a SkyPoint Attendant is to positively engage with our guests and provide service excellence and efficient operations across our Food & Beverage, Events and Guest Services departments. Guest Services provides the first point of contact for our visitors at SkyPoint by welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner; facilitating front entry, processing entry tickets and generating sales. A beaming smile for a warm welcome is essential! Once on the observation deck, our Food & Beverage operation provides an all-day dining experience in our Bistro & Bar, whilst our team also maintain a high standard of cleanliness and venue presentation, ensuring an exceptional SkyPoint experience is delivered to our guests.
