We are seeking a customer-focused and efficient individual to deliver exceptional service during our banquet events. Set up banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout events Assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times Participate in pre-shift briefings and training sessions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in banquet settings Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques Knowledge of banquet operations and procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven teamwork abilities Keen attention to detail Basic math skills for handling transactions Food handling certification (preferred) Alcohol service certification (if applicable) Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment (preferred) Ability to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates Knowledge of local customs and etiquette (preferred) Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted Accor rates worldwide Learning programs through our academies Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
