Full job description

About EVT: Bazaar is part of EVT, one of Australasia's market-leading experience creators offering careers that can take you wherever you want to go across entertainment, ventures, and travel. In a world of cookie cutter experiences, here at EVT we believe in changing the game. It's why we all call ourselves Daymakers — because each day is a chance to add the wow factor for our customers and continually grow in our own careers.

About QT Gold Coast: QT Gold Coast is no Ordinary Hotel. Our bars and venues are where the energy lives — fast-paced, guest-focused, and always a little theatrical. We're growing our bar teams across all of our outlets and looking for skilled Bartenders and Bar Attendants who want to bring craft, personality and pace to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks with speed, consistency and premium quality, from classic cocktails to high-volume service
  • Deliver an elevated guest experience through strong floor presence and genuine hospitality
  • Maintain full knowledge of the drinks and cocktail menu, and confidently make recommendations to guests
  • Support smooth running of the bar during events, functions and peak periods
  • Manage stock rotation, basic ordering and minimise waste at station level
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the bar area to a high standard
  • Work collaboratively with the wider bar and venue team to keep energy and service levels high
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS and licensing requirements at all times

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous bartending or bar attendant experience preferred; a genuine passion for drinks and hospitality is essential
  • Confidence working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • A sharp eye for detail and pride in delivering polished, high-quality service
  • An outgoing personality, loads of initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and teammates
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required
