    Job Summary:  As a Barista you will create and serve hot/cold beverages tailored to customer preferences while greeting and servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with Brand and/or hotel sustainability standards.   Your goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality and service for each and every guest.      Duties/Responsibilities: * Ensure setup is complete each morning for the barista station and fresh foods and beverages are always available during the service hours * Demonstrate excellent menu and product knowledge * Prepare and serve  beverage (hot and cold) and food (small bites) orders while guests are in the dining area. Checking in as necessary * Clean the Bistro area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage * Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly * Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently * Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment * Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or trays * Fill beverage and ice dispensers * Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers * Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction * Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment * Performs other related duties as required   Required Skills/Abilities:   * Level5 High Touch service   * Flexibility with shifts and scheduling * Must be available weekends and/or holidays * Must have transportation to and from work * Must have stellar attendance and punctuality    Education and Experience:  * Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification * Experience working in food service is preferred * Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality * Outstanding time management and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team member Physical Requirements:   * Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift. * Must be able to access and navigate the facility. * Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment. * Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
