ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and sound beverage knowledge, particularly in Japanese drinks including sake, Japanese whisky, wine, and cocktails.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve beverages and meals to tables in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations and pairings from our beverage menu
• Set up, clear, and maintain clean dining areas
• Process payments and operate POS systems
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Maintain compliance with RSA and hygiene standards
