As a C&E attendant, you will be front line for all our guests wants and needs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You will be looking after all types of events, from corporate functions to weddings and birthday celebrations. This is a Casual position and will require flexibility within your availability. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Point of contact for all guest enquiries Assist the C+E Supervisor in ensuring a smooth running of all events Assist with pack up and set up of all events Ensure tables are set up to high standard Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation Lead, mentor and train new staff Running of food and beverages Clean up after guests and ensure a clean working environment Assist other F&B departments when required (ie Restaurant/bar) Qualifications Victorian RSA Previous experience in a Hotel desirable Ability to work evenings, weekends & public holidays Great communication skills Additional Information Benefits and Perks: Sofitel Melbourne on Collins provides ambassadors career development opportunities within the hotel and wider Accor Group.
